perfusion STR (1 L wv); cc: cell cube; ic: icellis max. For pSTR additional medium for perfusion is needed. Cultivation either of suspension or of adherent cells is
possible in the vessel.
2 To consider 50% loss in DSP all values are multiplied by two.
(These calculations assume that cell specific virus yield (CSVY) is the same in each vessel. This is often not the case.)
